Q. What is myWine Rack™?
A. It's a safe secure solution to maintain a log of your wine and cellar collection. It provides the ability to capture details of your wine collection, maintain tasting notes, stock and inventory of each wine, bin number (if recorded) and keep a record of the source and price of your wine.

You have the option to share some of your wine information and details with other myWine Rack™ users and in return receive details on their collection. This would include such details as the wine name, where purchased, price per bottle, wine tasting notes and rating. Should you have surplus wine you will have the ability to flag this to myWine Rack™ users and arrange to either exchange or sell your wine.It would not share any personal details as to the location of your wine cellar or wine rack.

Secure online access 24 hours, 365 days a year

Your myWine Rack is independent and not linked to your contents insurance policy and can be used as a reference for insurance purposes.

Q. What does my membership cover?
A.It provides personal and secure access to a Cellar & Wine Log with tasting notes web application. You have the ability to share anonymously your wine collection and tasting notes with other myWine Rack™ users. You also have the ability to flag that you have a surplus of a particulatr wine which could be sold or traded with other myWine Rack™ users.

Q. How much does myWine Rack™ cost?
A. An annual fee totalling £36.00 inclusive of VAT paid quarterly.
(£9.00 quarterly instalments inclusive of VAT).

Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment can be completed via PayPal where you can opt to pay via credit card or direct debit from your account. The set up fee and 1st quarterly installment will automatically be deducted from your nominated account at the end of the trial period. To access PayPal click here

Q. If I decide to cancel my payment mandate, will my membership be cancelled?
A. No, your membership continues until you cancel in writing or email to Oakmont Limited. If you wish to change your payment method we request that you phone us. Otherwise, we will contact you and ask for this information.

An enrolment pack will then be sent out to you.

Q. Is there a maximum amount of storage space on my myWine Rack™ ?
A. Yes. The maximum amount of storage space is 500Mb, sufficient to store 400-600 wine bottle images/pictures. If you require more storage than this then please ask. This can be provided with a small increase in the quarterly charge.

Q. Are my details secure?
A. Yes. Security is our highest priority and every precaution is taken to ensure your account details and personal details are stored in a totally secure environment. Once logged into your account, the padlock symbol will appear in your browser window which means that the area is secure. To demonstrate our continued commitment to the protection of your information, we are a user of GlobalSign who are an internationally recognised symbol of online security. Q. What are the benefits of being an online user?
A. As an online user you can access and manage your private and secure myWine Rack from anywhere in the world at a time that is most convenient.

Q. How do I update my contact details?
A. You can update your contact details by email, phone or letter. These are held in a separate customer database not connected in anyway to your personal myWine Rack™.

Q. What if I have trouble logging onto the website?
A. The help team are available 7 days a week on: 01604 675204. In the rare event that your myWine Rack is temporarily unavailable, our consultants are available on the phone to handle your account query or assist in an emergency.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. We value your feedback and if you have any comments or complaints about the service, we would ask that you contact us so that we can resolve any problems immediately.

However, if you wish to cancel your myWine Rack contract you can do so at any time:
